Zombie Exodus: Safe Haven Password - How to Unlock the Secret Content

Zombie Exodus: Safe Haven is a series of interactive survival-horror novels by Jim Dattilo, where your choices control the story. It's entirely text-based, without animation or sound effects, and fueled by the vast, unstoppable power of your imagination. You can customize your character, choose your skills, recruit other survivors, scavenge for supplies, craft items, and face the challenges of the zombie apocalypse.

But did you know that there is a secret content hidden in the game that can only be accessed by entering a password? This content is a bonus scene that takes place after the end of part two, where you can interact with some of the characters and learn more about their backgrounds and personalities. It also gives you some hints about what will happen in part three.

So how do you get the password? Well, there are two ways to do it. One is to support Jim Dattilo on Patreon, where he posts updates, previews, polls, and other exclusive content for his patrons. If you pledge at least $5 per month, you will get access to the password and other rewards. The other way is to find the password in the game itself, by following some clues and solving some puzzles.

The first clue is in chapter 7 of part two, when you are at the campsite with your group. If you have a high enough perception skill (at least 60), you will notice a strange symbol carved on a tree near your tent. It looks like this:

/\ / \ / /\ \ / /__\ \ \ \ / / \ \/ / \ / \/

This symbol is actually a code that represents a word. Each triangle corresponds to a letter of the alphabet, starting from A at the top and going clockwise. For example, the top triangle is A, the top-right triangle is B, the bottom-right triangle is C, and so on. The slashes indicate where to separate the letters into syllables. So, the word encoded by this symbol is "AB-CA-DA-BRA".

But this is not the password itself. It's just a hint to find another clue. The next clue is in chapter 8 of part two, when you are at the cathedral with your group. If you have a high enough intelligence skill (at least 60), you will notice a book on a shelf in the library that has a title related to magic. The title is "The Magus" by Francis Barrett. If you examine the book, you will find a note inside that says:

Seek the password in the place where magic began. The first letter is hidden in plain sight. The second letter is the key to all mysteries. The third letter is the end of everything. The fourth letter is the beginning of eternity.

This note is another puzzle that leads you to the password. The place where magic began is Egypt, where ancient magicians practiced their arts. The first letter of Egypt is E, which is also hidden in plain sight in the word "the". The second letter of Egypt is G, which is also the key to all mysteries in Freemasonry. The third letter of Egypt is Y, which is also the end of everything in Greek mythology. The fourth letter of Egypt is P, which is also the beginning of eternity in mathematics. So, the password is E-G-Y-P.

If you enter this password at the end of part two, when you are prompted to do so, you will unlock the secret content and enjoy an extra scene with your group. You will also get a sneak peek of part three and some of its new features.

We hope this guide helped you find the password and access the secret content of Zombie Exodus: Safe Haven. If you liked this game, you can also check out its predecessor Zombie Exodus, which tells a different story in the same world. And don't forget to support Jim Dattilo on Patreon if you want more updates and rewards for his games.
